What is the security deposit amount?

A security deposit of $1,000 per night is required at the time of booking.

Your deposit will be refunded within [3–5 business days] after your check-out, pending a successful property inspection.

Full refunds are available for cancellations made [14 days] before check-in. Late cancellations may be subject to partial or no refunds.

No. To maintain the integrity and luxury of the property, parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Examples: luxury linens, pool access, private parking, Wi-Fi, housekeeping services, etc.

Our property is 100% smoke-free. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violations.
