    By booking with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

    Minimum Security Deposit:

    A $1,000 security deposit per night is required. This deposit is fully refundable pending a post-stay inspection. Any damages, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules may result in partial or full forfeiture.

    Booking and Payment:

    Full payment plus security deposit is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include [list accepted methods].

    Cancellations and Refunds:

    Cancellations made [14 days] prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within [7 days] will forfeit [deposit].

    Check-In/Check-Out:

    Check-in is from 11am, and check-out is by 3pm. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

    Guest Responsibility:

    Guests must respect the property, neighbors, and adhere to house rules. No parties, unauthorized guests, or illegal activities are permitted.

    Liability:

    We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.

    Modifications:

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
